Wan Qi (wohn-chee) Kong (she/her) is a client advocate at the Orleans Public Defenders. She grew up in Brooklyn and moved to New Orleans after graduating from Binghamton University in 2018. Since then, she worked on the Yes on 2 campaign to end non-unanimous jury convictions in Louisiana in 2018 and joined the fight for pay parity for public defenders as a Community Partnerships VISTA in 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys solving crosswords, biking around New Orleans, and cuddling with her senior dog Esme.
