Low-income families are faced with enough challenges without the additional harm that can result from contact with the criminal legal system. PFJ Advocates make a direct impact for clients by helping clients fight evictions, maintain employment and licenses, retrieve seized property, get access to mental health counseling, obtain public benefits, and more.
PFJ offers remote internships over the fall, spring or summer semester, with applications accepted on a rolling basis. Interns work with PFJ’s national team on projects related to our organizational or programmatic development.
