Rebecca Solow

Rebecca is an experienced strategy and operations leader committed to fighting systemic inequity and driving social change at scale.

As a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, Rebecca previously worked with non-profit organizations, foundations, and government agencies to deliver transformational strategy and organizational change initiatives. Her work ranged from employment and education to global health and humanitarian relief. Rebecca began her career at MDRC, a research organization dedicated to learning what works to improve programs and policies that affect the poor, where she contributed to several large-scale federal program evaluation projects. Rebecca received her MBA and MPA from New York University, where she was selected for the university’s Catherine B. Reynolds Fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship. Rebecca is also a graduate of Wesleyan University with a BA in Economics.
