Kaitlyn Hoofnagle received her degree from the University of Oregon in 2021, she majored in Sociology and minored in Planning, Public Policy, and Management. While attending school, she got involved with the Inside-Out Program where she took a class at the Oregon State Correctional Institution, as well as participated in workshops in other correctional facilities throughout the state. She is passionate about reform, and became an Advocate to uplift her community in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. In her free time, Kaitlyn's life balance consists of attending concerts, playing sports, being outside, and spending time with her friends.
