Julieta Garcia graduated from Columbia University, where she studied Political Science and Hispanic Studies. During her undergraduate career, Julieta served as a college access advisor with the non-profit, Matriculate, a congressional intern for the TX-35th congressional district, and a political philosophy teaching assistant for NYC youth. Born and raised in the Greater Houston area, Julieta is thrilled to return home and serve her community. In her free time, Julieta enjoys reading fiction novels, watching movies (in theaters), and spending time with her family.
