Daisy Flores

Daisy Flores (she/her) is a first-generation, system-impacted Chicana from Compton, California. She graduated with High Distinction from UC Berkeley, holding a degree in Ethnic Studies with a minor in Race and the Law. Experiencing the incarceration and deportation of her family and loved ones have prompted Daisy to actively advocate for those who have been impacted by carceral systems through holistic legal, humanitarian, and educational support in various grassroots and legal aid organizations. Daisy hopes to pursue law school and become a systems-change movement lawyer, where she will advocate for the dismantlement of punitive laws and mass incarceration/deportation of low-income people of color.
