Carly graduated from Rice University. Throughout college, she has been involved in community organizing around immigration and criminal justice reform, working with organizations such as Mi Familia Vota, the ACLU, and the Texas Organizing Project. In her free time, Carly enjoys rewatching Parks and Rec and The Good Place on Netflix and listening to musical theater soundtracks.
