To celebrate how far we've come since we placed our first Client Advocate teams in 2018, we are publishing this lookback document, entitled, ‘PFJ: The First Six Years’, to showcase the best of our collective efforts. In it, we are highlighting our partners, sharing key data points on our impact, telling stories of what this work means on the ground, and introducing you to some of the incredible Client Advocates on the front lines of client-led service. And, of course, we’re looking to the future, considering what’s next.
