Chloe Mims joined PFJ in 2021 as the Strategy and Operations Manager and brings years of non-profit operational experience. Prior to working at PFJ, Chloe was a Compliance Manager for Center for Court Innovation’s Brooklyn Justice Initiatives project.
Early in her career, she worked in Boca Raton, FL, and Miami, FL at Rosenbaum Contemporary Art Galleries, and holds an undergraduate degree in Art History with a concentration in Social Practice Contemporary Art, a minor in Sociology, and a certificate in Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies. Chloe is an abolitionist and excited to share her passion in operationally supporting programs that focus on creating equity and support in the healing of disproportionately affected communities.
