With PFJ, you’ll be part of a small but mighty team that cares deeply about our mission and you’ll have the opportunity to shape PFJ’s program and organization. Our national team have a lot of autonomy in their work, including the ability to work remotely and flexible hours. We encourage team members to take care of themselves through flexible vacation time and office rest periods.
We're looking for people who want to make a change in our communities and in the American criminal legal system. People who share lived experiences with our clients are encouraged to apply for current openings, given the insight such experience brings into the systems in which we operate.
